The Flying Biscuit is a delightful place to eat. I went for lunch, and I was very pleased. I had the Egg-Stravaganza, which is eggs, chicken sausage, grits, french toast, and turkey bacon. Tons of food that I gleefully ate with no problem. The place is clean, the staff is nice, and the atmosphere is hip. The place can get busy, so you may have to wait on weekends.
